双端端泵国产透明陶瓷Nd∶YAG激光器研究

摘要
报道了激光二极管双端泵浦国产Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷的实验研究。通过测量透过谱得出国产Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷在1064nm处的损耗系数约为0.116cm-1。利用激光二极管双端泵浦国产Nd∶YAG透明陶瓷,实现连续波最大输出功率为10.0W,相应的光-光效率为22.2%,这一结果是利用国产Nd∶YAG陶瓷实现的最高功率激光输出。
Abstract
High power diode-end-pumped Nd∶YAG ceramic laser is reported using Nd∶YAG ceramic made in China. A loss coefficient of 0.116 cm-1 is obtained by measuring the transmission spectrum of Nd∶YAG ceramic. High power output is realized in diode double-end-pumped Nd∶YAG ceramic laser. An output power of 10.0 W is obtained with a corresponding optical-optical conversion efficiency of 22.2%. To the best of our knowledge,this experimental result is the highest power reported for the Nd∶YAG ceramic laser made in China.
