摘要
利用转移矩阵法分析具有缺陷层的一维光子晶体的传递函数并进行了数值模拟. 由于缺陷模之间的相互作用,其传递函数受到缺陷层折射率的影响. 定义了缺陷模之间相互作用的关联函数以及缺陷模的相对折射率函数, 进而分析了关联函数和缺陷模折射率的关系. 通过模拟仿真, 确定了光在双缺陷一维光子晶体中的传播特性。
Abstract
Transfer function of one-dimensional photonic crystal with defect layer is analyzed with transfer matrix and simulated. Due to the interaction between two defect modes, the transfer function is affected by refractive index of the defect layer. A correlative coefficient for the defect mode interaction and a relative refractivity coefficient are defined. The relation between the correlative coefficient and the defect mode refractivity is studied, and the light propagation in the double-defect one-dimensional photonic crystal is determined.
