激光冲击强化对TiAl合金的显微硬度的影响

摘要
研究了激光冲击强化前后TiAl合金显微硬度的分布变化情况,利用波长为1064 nm、脉宽为14 ns,能量范围为2~6 J的Nd:YAG激光器对合金进行冲击强化。经过对表面显微硬度分布系统的研究,包括表面、断面及单光斑进行显微硬度的测试,并绘制相应的变化曲线,实验结果显示,显微硬度可以提高31.2%;同时显微硬度的峰值并不在试样表面,而是在其内部;对单点的显微硬度进行分析可以看出,单光斑的硬度分布满足高斯定理,与单光斑的能量分布测试结果一致。
Abstract
The effects of laser shock processing (LSP) are studied on Vicker micro-hardness and residual stresses distributions of peened samples (TiAl) before and after treating. The specimen are treated by Nd:YAG laser system with the wavelength of 1064 nm, pulse-width of 14 ns, and pulse-energy of 2~6 J. Systematic study on the research of the micro-hardness of surface is finished, including section and single light spot of the samples peened by laser, which increase the surface hardness of TiAl alloy by 31.2%. The peak hardness is not on the surface, but inside the specimen. The distribution of single light, which is satisfied with the Gaussian distribution, in correspondence with test results of energy distribution in single light spot.
