氟化氘激光器窗口镜热效应影响因素分析

摘要
针对高能氟化氘激光器中窗口镜热效应明显,严重影响激光器性能的问题,利用有限元COMSOL Multiphysics软件对激光器窗口镜的热效应进行仿真分析,重点讨论了激光光强分布、窗口镜旋转、大气压差及后表面吹气对窗口镜温度和应力分布的一般规律。研究表明:光强均匀分布使窗口镜能承受更高的激光功率密度;窗口镜在一定速度下旋转时,最高温度有所降低,且温度分布明显被均匀化;大气压差的存在,使得后表面应力变大,前表面变小;后表面吹起气流越大,后表面的温度和应力越小,冷却效果越好,但对激光器输出光束质量影响越大,因此需综合考虑吹气速度和气体温度。
Abstract
The thermal effect of the output window of DF laser influences the laser performance seriously. The simulation and analysis of the thermal effect are carried out by using COMSOL Multiphysics. The influence of the laser intensity distribution, rotation of the window mirror, atmospheric pressure and blow from the behind to the temperature and the stress distribution on the window glass are discussed. The research results indicate that the even distribution of the intensity enlargers the tolerance of the laser. When the window mirror rotates at a certain speed, the highest temperature decreases and the distribution of the temperature is uniform. The atmospheric pressure makes the pressure of the rear surface larger and the pressure of the front surface smaller. The larger the blowing air, the smaller the surface temperature and stress and the cooling effect is better, but the impact on the laser beam quality increases, so the temperature and the gas velocity should be took into account together.
