摘要
基于哈达玛变换算法和微光机电系统(MOEMS)微镜的良好可编程性,提出了一种改善新型空间调制傅里叶变换光谱探测系统信噪比的方法。对哈达玛变换算法应用于该系统做了理论分析并搭建了实验系统进行验证。结果表明,经过哈达玛变换处理后的干涉信号噪声明显减小,复原光谱旁瓣得到明显抑制,信噪比显著提高。
Abstract
Based on Hadamard transform algorithm and the excellent programmability of micro-opto-electro-mechanical system (MOEMS) micro-mirror, a method applied in improving the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of novel spatially modulated Fourier transform spectroscopy detection system is proposed. The theoretical analysis that applying Hadamard transform algorithm to this system is carried out and the experimental setup is built to verify this analysis. The experimental result indicates that the noise added on interference signal is obviously weakened after Hadamard transform processing. The disturbance of side beam in the spectrum recovered from interference signal is obviously restrained and SNR is significantly improved.
