Research on Free-Form Optics
摘要
自由曲面光学是先进光学工程领域的前沿代表性技术之一。在成像系统中,该技术可以矫正像差、提高成像质量、减小系统单元数量及重量;在高性能照明系统设计中,该技术不仅可以有效提高光能利用率,更可消除系统对照明方向性的严格要求,并且提供了很大的设计自由度。从系统设计、元件制造及检测方法角度对自由曲面光学进行阐述,提炼关键技术并探讨实施手段和方案。
Abstract
Free -form surface optic is one of the advanced technologies in the field of optical engineering. In imaging system,it has irreplaceable advantages,such as correcting aberration,improving image quality,reducing the number of units,and decreasing the weight of the system. In lighting system,it can not only improve the light energy utilization,but also lower the strict requirements of lighting direction and provide great design freedom. The paper aims at highlighting the free -from optics in view of such key issuces as design,fabrication and metrology.作者简介:程灏波|教授|主要从事先进光学制造技术与装备,新型光学元件与系统等的研究|(1975-),男,博士生导师。
