摘要
以折反式光学系统为例,利用ASAP 光学分析软件,建立了系统的三维仿真模型,并对系统各重要元件自身热辐射进行了定量分析。根据模拟分析结果,提出了系统的优化和改进措施,重点对靠近像面及视场附近的机械结构进行了优化设计。最后,引入有效发射率的概念,对优化前后系统杂散辐射性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,优化后,红外光学系统的有效发射率明显降低,系统杂散辐射性能得到明显提高。
Abstract
Taking refraction-reflection optical systems as a typical example and using the ASAP optical analysis software,the three-dimensional simulation model is built up,and the thermal radiation of the important components in the system is analyzed quantitatively. According to the results of simulation analysis,optimizing and improving methods are proposed. Especially,the mechanical configurations near the image plane and the view field are optimized. Finally,the concept of the effective emissivity is introduced,and the system performance is evaluated. The results indicate that the effective emissivity of the infrared optical system after optimization and the stray radiation performance are greatly improved.
