摘要
通过实验测定了皮肤组织模拟液在632.8nm连续氦氖激光辐照下透射光场的光强分布,重点研究了模拟液浓度和容器厚度对光分布的影响。研究结果表明:皮肤组织模拟液透射光强与溶液浓度以及厚度密切相关;组织对激光的吸收和散射作用使得光强度下降;透射光强最高点在辐照中心处,并沿着径向衰减。
Abstract
Transmission light intensity distribution in the skin-tissue model were measured under irradiation of continuous-wave He-Ne laser at the wavelength of 632.8nm. The dependence of the light intensity distribution on the concentration of the Intralipid solution and the thickness of the vessels was studied in detail. The results show that the light intensity distribution in the Intralipid solution were significantly affected by the concentration of the solution and the thickness of the vessels. As a result of absorption and scattering effect, the light intensity was decreased. The highest point of the light intensity was the center of the light, and the intensity decrease in the radial direction.
