摘要
为了弥补现有振动传感器的不足,在分析匹配光栅解调原理的基础上, 设计了一种新型的光纤光栅振动传感器.该传感器采用了梁式结构,可以通过调节梁改变传感光栅的中心波长和传感器的固有频率,既可以实现匹配解调,又扩大了频率测量范围.通过标准信号测试实验,得出该光纤光栅振动传感器具有良好的频率检测性能,频率测量范围为0~200 Hz,在20 Hz、190 Hz检测的波形具有良好的信噪比.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of matched grating demodulation principle, a novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) vibration sensor was designed. A simply supported beam structure is adopted, so center wavelength of sensing grating and natural frequency of the sensor can be changed by adjusting the beam. The matching demodulation is achieved. At the same time, the range of frequency measurement is expanded. The sensor has good frequency detection performance in standard signal vibration detecting experiments. The frequency scope is up to 200 Hz. In addition, the detected signal has good signal to noise ratio at 20 Hz and 190 Hz.
