一种脉冲激光划痕检测路径优化方法与实验研究

摘要
通过对涂层进行单脉冲激光加载时产生的冲击应力与温度场的理论分析,提出以二分法迅速逼近涂层失效的激光功率密度范围,单脉冲激光离散划痕路径的优化方法。对激光能量的稳定性进行标定,并得出电压与激光实际加载能量的拟合关系式;采用二分法逼近激光功率密度范围并通过功率计在线检测确定涂层的失效阈值,对相关实验结果进行拟合处理,获得实际失效功率密度范围为0.328-0.391 GW/cm2,实际失效阈值分别为0.359 GW/cm2,0.348 GW/cm2,0.381 GW/cm2。经分析比较相关实验数据,验证了该方法的可行性和可靠性。
Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis of impact stress and thermal field under the coating loaded by pulse laser,the binary method that immediately approaches the power density range of laser with the failure of coating is proposed,and the route of discrete scratch applied in the range of the pulse laser is optimized. During the experiment,we calibrated the energy stability of laser equipment and obtained fitting expressions of voltage and load power. We adopted the binary method and used power meter to do the online check of the power of reflex of sampling points,then simulate-processed the relevant experiment results to obtain the practical failure power density range of 0.328-0.391 GW/cm2 and the practical coating failure threshold of 0.359 GW/cm2,0.348 GW/cm2,0.381 GW/cm2. By analyzing and comparing the experimental results,it is proved that the route optimization method is reliable and feasible.
