菘蓝幼苗对激光和增强UV-B辐射的生理响应研究
Physiological Response of Lsatis Indigotica Seedlings Subjected to Elevated UV-B to Laser Radiation
摘要
以菘蓝(Isatis indigotica)为实验材料,研究了He-Ne激光和增强UV-B辐射对菘蓝幼苗抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,激光处理提高了SOD,CAT和 POD酶活性,降低了MDA含量,UV-B辐射降低了SOD,CAT和 POD酶活性,提高了MDA含量,而UV-B辐射后再进行激光辐照使上述参数得到了不同程度的恢复;与对照相比,激光、UV-B辐射和UV-B与激光复合辐射导致紫外吸收物提高,其效果依次为激光与UV-B作用>UV-B >激光。论文在此基础上讨论了其可能的形成机理。
Abstract
To measure the damage repair role of laser radiation in a plant exposed to enhanced ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation. Lsatis indigotica seedlings were subjected to UV-B radiation (10.08 kJ m-2) for 8 h day-1 for 8 days under photosynthetically active radiation (220 μmol m-2 s-1) and then exposed to He-Ne laser radiation (633 nm;5.23 mW mm-2;beam diameter: 1.5 mm) for 5 min each day without ambient light radiation. Changes in free radical elimination systems were measured to test the function of laser repair. Results from this experiment indicated that: UV-B radiation enhanced the concentration of MDA and decreased the activities of SOD,CAT and POD in seedlings compared with the control. The concentration of MDA was decreased and the activities of SOD,CAT and POD and the concentration were increased when seedlings were subjected to elevated UV-B damage followed by laser. the concentration of absorbance at 300 nm were increased progressively with UV-B irradiation alone,He-Ne laser irradiation alone,and He-Ne laser irradiation followed UV-B irradiation compared with the control. These results suggest that laser radiation has an active function in repairing UV-B-induced lesions in seedlings in the physiological levels.
