基于双目立体视觉的手持式线激光3D扫描方法
Hand-held Line Laser 3D Scanning Method Based on Stereo Vision
摘要
随着数字化技术的逐步普及,越来越多的形体通过3D扫描设备输入计算机,然后通过一系列操作转化为CAD模型。但由于价格、适用性、易用性等条件影响,现有的3D扫描设备不能满足许多用户的需求。研究线激光扫描与双目立体视觉法的集成,实现了一套简便的手持式3D扫描法;并利用摄影测量技术,建立固定于物体上的统一坐标系,以对齐不同角度下的扫描数据。详细介绍了相关原理,给出了一个复杂陶瓷模型的扫描实例,验证了这种方法的有效性。
Abstract
With the fact that digitization technology successive steps popularizes,the more and more shape imports a computer by the fact that 3D scan equipment,and then by the fact that a series of operation changes into CAD model. But because of condition effect such as price,serviceability,easy to use,3D scan equipment available being able to not satisfy need of a lot of consumer. Integrated line laser has modeled after the main body of a book scanning law and the both eyes body optesthesia law,has realized a set of 3D in hand dyadic simple and convenient 3D scanning law;And make use of photogrammetric technology,building-up fixes in upper unified object coordinate system,lower different with alignment angle scanning data. The principle having introduced a relevance detailedly in culture,the scanning example having given a complicated ceramics out a model,have verified the main body of a book the method validity.
