选区激光熔化快速制造个性化不锈钢股骨植入体研究

摘要
为解决传统人工股骨植入体个体匹配性差,结构强度与生物活性难统一等问题,提出了个性化股骨植入体的优化设计及制造方法。采用解剖学建模技术设计出外形匹配,内含三维网状构架的假体模型。利用316L不锈钢粉末结合选区激光熔化快速成型技术在含氧量小于0.15%的气氛下,完成实体制造。研究结果表明,该方法能快速而精确地制造出形状复杂的个性化人工股骨植入体。提出的优化结构的设计方法能使不锈钢植入体的质量减少65.5%,符合设计需求。表面质量较好,尺寸误差在±1mm以内,未经打磨表面粗糙度达到Ra30μm,硬度达到HRC32。
Abstract
In order to improve the problems of poor individual matching and accordance difficulty between the mechanical strength and bioactivity for artificial femur implants,a customized method of optimizing design and fabrication was presented.An anatomical modeling was used to reconstruct the implant with femur profile and three-dimensional interconnected structures. The porous bone implant part of 316L stainless steel had been fabricated by selected laser melting rapid prototyping technique under appropriate parameters and less than 0.15% oxygen content.The results show that the method can complete the fabrication of complex customized femur implant rapidly and provide a new way to individual and customized bone substitutes. The presented method can decrease 65.5% weight of 316L stainless steel implant,that is accordance with the design. The implant of 316L stainless steel has good surface quality,high accuracy of ±1mm in dimension,good roughness of about 30μm,and suitable hardness of HRC32.
