激光-CO2气保复合焊的焊接过程稳定性研究

摘要
研究了激光-CO2气保复合焊的稳定性问题。首先通过平均熔滴过渡时间t和表征熔滴波动的样本方差S两个统计量界定了焊接过程稳定性。其次在此基础上标定了焊接过程稳定区,通过分析得到了光丝间距为1mm时过程稳定的焊接参数范围最大。实验表明,在焊接过程不稳定时可通过调整电压1~2V改善工艺适应性。
Abstract
This paper the stability of hybrid laser-CO2 gas shielded welding is studied. First,the stability is defined by two statistics,t and S,which represent average time and fluctuation of drop transfer. Second,a graph with stable welding process was made based on previous definition,and the analysis indicates the range of parameters became widest when distance of laser and arc is 1 millimeter. And more,the experiments indicate that process adaptability could be improved by tuning the voltage of arc by 1~2V when welding process is not stable.
