摘要
在高功率横流CO2激光器上设计了一种新型激光谐振腔(平-锥腔),实验研究了其输出光束特性,并与平-凹腔的输出特性进行了比较。结果表明:在腔长3m,输出镜光阑直径φ30mm时,平-锥腔的输出光束模式为TEM30模,平-凹腔与平-锥腔的输出光束发散角分别为2.6mrad、2.1mrad,当输出镜失调1.4′时,光斑缺失率分别为16%、8%,当反射镜失调1.4′时,光斑缺失率分别为20%、5%,因此平-锥腔具有较高的抗失调稳定性,而且锥面全反镜的抗失调性能优于凹面全反镜。
Abstract
A new laser resonator (plane-cone cavity) is designed,its output characteristic is researched experimentally,and is compared with plane-concave cavity(concave mirror curvature 18m,diameter 40mm).The result indicates that when the length of resontor is 3m and the diameter of output mirror is 30mm,the beam mode is TEM30,beam divergence angle of plane-concavecavity and plane-cone cavity are 2.6mrad and 2.1mrad respectively. When the maladjustment of the output mirror is 1.4′,absence ratios of the output beam are 16% and 8% respectively. And when the reflector has 1.4′ maladjustment,absence ratios of the output beam are 20% and 5% respectively. So plane-cone cavity has high anti-maladjustment stability and cone reflecting mirror has higher anti-maladjustment than concave reflecting mirror.
