Abstract
Low-heat pumping scheme was introduced,which can reduce heat generation in Nd:YAG lasers evidently.It can improve the output and beam quality of a solid laser due to the reduction of residual inside heat.The key technology was analyzed theoretically,its development was summarized,and the foreground of the development was discussed.
