摘要
介绍了谐振式微光学陀螺(ROG)的基本原理与结构,对采用三角波频率调制的陀螺灵敏度进行了理论分析。以调频光谱测量原理为基础,把环形谐振腔视为具有洛伦兹型吸收谱的介质,推导出了谐振式微光学陀螺在最大灵敏度时输出的光强与谐振腔谐振特性曲线的对应关系,提出了一种谐振式微光学陀螺最佳灵敏度的调节方法,结合陀螺系统信号的调制与解调,简化了陀螺系统最佳灵敏度的调节过程,给出了实际陀螺系统的灵敏度的测试实验。实验结果表明,此调节方法能够将谐振式微光学陀螺系统调节到最佳灵敏度,适合在实际的谐振式陀螺系统调试中运用。
Abstract
The method of optimized sensitivity modulation for the resonator optic gyroscope (ROG) is introduced. ROG is a novel optical rotation sensor whose resonant frequency is changed due to the Sagnac effect. The limited sensitivity of ROG should be obtained while the modulating frequency is optimized according to frequency-modulation spectroscopy. This adjusting method which is based on the theory of modulation frequency simplifies the process of optimized sensitivity modulation in ROG system. The theory and the structure of ROG system are analyzed. The modulation method of the optimized sensitivity based on modulation frequency is presented. The actual experiment results have proved that the method can modulate ROG to the optimized sensitivity and can apply in the adjustment of ROG system.
