实体Sagnac干涉仪的设计
Design of Solid Sagnac Interferometer
摘要
以嫦娥一号卫星干涉成像光谱仪为例,介绍了Sagnac干涉仪的设计思想,共光路及横向剪切原理、剪切量的计算方法以及干涉仪分束面上分束区与透射区的设计.该Sagnac横向剪切干涉仪作为嫦娥一号卫星干涉成像光谱仪的核心部件,经检测与在轨运行,表明设计正确,经受了包括月食低温在内的各种恶劣的航天环境的考验,获得了大量清晰的月表多光谱图像.
Abstract
Illustrated by the case of Chang′e-1 Satellite Interference Imaging Spectrometer, the Sagnac Interferometer design methods were introduced, including the same optical path and lateral-shearing principle, the design of lateral-shearing parameter and beam-split coating region. The lateral-shearing Sagnac Interferometer is the core part of Chang′e-1 Satellite Interference Imaging Spectrometer, the design of it was proved to be right by that abundant good lunar multispectral images,obtained during flying,although images suffered from space environment including the low temperature in lunar eclipse.
