医用高功率CTH∶YAG脉冲激光器

摘要
为了提高Cr,Tm,Ho∶YAG激光器的输出功率对CTH∶YAG准三能级能量转移特性进行了分析, 优化了谐振腔的腔长及腔镜的曲率半径,采用了高漫反射陶瓷聚光腔.结果表明,有效抽运光谱带的反射率高达95%,在冷却水温为19 ℃, 抽运能量为159 J时, 获得最大单脉冲输出能量5.11 J, 斜率效率5.6%.
Abstract
In order to increase Cr∶Tm∶Ho∶YAG laser power,the cavity length and radius of high reflectivity concave mirror are optimized through analysis of energy transfer among the quasi-three-level nature.The ceramic pumping cavity with high diffuse reflectivity of 95% for effective pump band is used.The maximum laser pulse energy of 5.11J at 1Hz repetition frequency with a maximum slope efficiency of 5.6% during the cooling water temperature is 19℃ and the input pump energy is 159J.
