摘要
光谱仪是一种重要的光电检测仪器,CCD光谱仪正朝着小型化甚至微型化的方向发展.针对便携式光谱仪的特点及要求提出一种光谱仪CCD智能检测器设计方案,它结合了单片机智能化控制的特点和CPLD时序准确、可编程的优点.并且该检测器集成了USB数据接口,可通过计算机软件进行光谱采集,并能实时控制积分时间,实现了光谱仪CCD检测器的小型化、智能化和集成化.
Abstract
Spectrometer is one of the most important optical instruments. CCD spectrometer technology is moving in the direction toward miniaturization and even microminiaturization. A design project of intelligent CCD detector specifically for portable spectrometers is proposed in accordance with the features of the portable spectrometer. This detector combines the intelligent control ability of MCU and the accurate and programmable timing feature of CPLD, and integrates with a USB interface to facilitate data acquisition and light integraltime control from the host computer. The design realized a miniaturization, intelligence and integration for spectrometer CCD detector is implemented.
