G-S算法在光束近场场强控制中的应用
Application of G-S Algorithm to the Control of Beam Near-Field Intensity
摘要
提出了一种迭代算法,该算法基于G-S算法,利用光束角谱传播公式迭代出补偿近场光强分布所需的相位,使光束近场的场强得到控制。在此算法的基础上,设计一套自适应光学系统以实现对光束近场场强的控制,并通过数值模拟和实验验证了该方法的可行性。实验结果表明,经过自适应系统校正后近场光强分布与理想光强分布的振幅相似度ε值从未校正前的0.718提高到0.966,表明系统对光束的近场场强控制有较好效果。
Abstract
A method based on the G-S algorithm is presented,using beam angular spectrum transmit formula to iterate the phase that the compensation for the near-field intensity distribution requires. The iterative algorithm used in the control of beam near-field intensity is presented. Based on this algorithm,an adaptive optics system to achieve control of beam near-field intensity is designed,and numerical simulation and experiments verify the feasibility of this method. The experimental results show that the similarity value ε,which is the distribution of beam near-field amplitude comparing to the ideal distribution of the amplitude,has been improved from 0.718 to 0.966 when the adaptive system working. This indicates that the system is effective in controlling the beam near-field intensity.
