在二维正方晶格光子晶体的基础上,构建了一种晶格常数渐变的变晶格结构,设置线缺 陷形成主波导和多个耦合波导以及相应的耦合点缺陷(微腔),利用该缺陷态结构实现了六信道波分解复用 器。采用时域有限差分法研究了微腔的谐振特性及主波导和各耦合波导的传输特性。计算结果表明:点缺 陷共振模可以实现几乎连续的变化,有相近的强度,缺陷峰线宽均约为0.01 m左右;六信道的中心 波长在2.667 m 2.802 m之间,信道间隔平均值小于0.025 m
Abstract
A configuration of which the lattice constant is changed gradually is established on the basis of two dimentional square lattice photonic crystals. The linear defects are set up to form the main waveguide, several coupling waveguides and the corresponding coupling point defects (micro cavities). The defective configuration is used to make a six-channel wavelength division multiplexing system. The resonant characteristics of the micro cavities and the transmission characteristics of the main waveguide and each coupling waveguide are studied by using the finite-difference-time-domain (FDTD) method. The calculation result shows that the point defect resonant modes can be changed continuously and have similar numerical values and a same bandwidth of about 0.01 m. The center wavelengths of six channels are ranged from 2.667 m to 2.802 m and the average channel interval is less than 0.025 m.
