一种红外相机的像面标定
A Calibration Method for the Image Plane of an Infrared Camera
摘要
本文通过对红外相机的光机结构、成像介质TDICCD 的工作原理、成像原理的简单描述,从光学成像、机械装调的角度出发介绍了一种红外相机的像面标定方法,即相机通过离轴反射式平行光管对黑体上的目标直接成像,通过观察与CCD 相连的示波器显示的电信号的幅值强弱来判定是否调准像面。经实际应用证明,该标定方法是一种切实可行的方法,适用于实际工程。
Abstract
The optical-mechnical structure of an infrared camera and the operation principle of an Time Delay Integration (TDI) CCD are described in brief. A calibration method for the image plan of an inf白r沮a汩ar吧e叫d came盯ra i吕s presented in the aspects of optical imag凶ing and mecha创anic址a1 adjustment. In the method, the object on a blackbody is imaged directly by using the infrared camera via an off-axis reflecting collimator. Then, whether the image plane is aligned is determined by the amplitude of the electric signal displayed on an osillograph connected with the CCD. The practical application shows that this calibration method is feasible and is suitable for pracitical projects
