三维荧光光谱技术在水监测中的应用

摘要
应用荧光光谱技术分析水中污染物的含量具有灵敏度高、检测速度快等优点,三维荧光光谱技术可以提供在普通的荧光光谱中所得不到的信息,此技术可以用于多组分同时测量。讨论了如何运用三维荧光光谱技术分析水中污染物的成分,计算其含量,并给出了有效的荧光光谱特征数据库建立、多组分分析和浓度反演的数学模型。
Abstract
The fluorescence technique plays an important role in the environment monitoring system for monitoring Dissolved Organic Matters (DOM) in polluted water,which has advantages of high sensitivity,fast detection,remote measurement,etc. With the technique of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum used,some information which can not be acquired via the technique of general fluorescence spectrum can be obtained. And this technique can be used for multi-component analyzing. Some questions about how to use the technique of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum for analyzing the pollution components in water,and how to compute the concentrations of the components were discussed. An effective mathematical model of characteristic fluorescence database creating,multi-component analyzing,and concentrations computing,was presented.
