高次非球面眼镜片设计
High order aspherical spectacle lens design
摘要
提出了按照市场要求设计非球面眼镜镜片的方法。通过把相对畸变、光焦度、散光、减薄量作为优化函数和使用简单有效的高次回转对称非球面方程来描述面形,设计出了高次非球面眼镜片,设计出的非球面镜片的边缘减薄量接近0.4mm,相对畸变在0.2%以内,光焦度和散光分布均匀。结果表明,该镜片在满足成像要求的同时也满足了市场要求。
Abstract
The aspherical spectacle lens are designed to satisfy the requirements of the market. The distortion,the diopter,the astigmatism and the decrease of the lens thickness are chosen as merit function,and high order aspherical equations are used to describe the aspherical surface. The lens designed can both satisfy the optical requirements and market demand in this way,and the decrease of the lens thickness is 0.4mm,the value of distortion is less than 0.2%,and distribution of the diopter and the astigmatism is even.
