摘要
显微成像光谱仪技术是一种生物组织检测方法,目前广泛应用于生物医学检测和疑难病症分析,已成为组织检测领域的研究热点。论述了显微成像光谱仪各结构功能模块的工作原理及特点,并对其各主要技术指标进行了分析。介绍了目前的发展现状,并对所出现的多种显微成像光谱仪的技术方案及特点做了详细的总结。研究结果表明,显微成像光谱技术作为一种新的技术手段,必将在临床医学、生物学、材料学以及分析化学等领域得到广泛的应用。
Abstract
Microscopical imaging spectrometer is a novel detection methodology in biomedical field,it has achieved great success in the diagnosis and prevention of difficult diseases,and becomes a hot spot of scientific research in the biomedical devices field. The principle and characteristic of all the functional modules are presented. The main parameters of the device are discussed. The developing status in quo of this technology is described. The technical architectures and advantages of all the emerged devices are detailed. The research result shows microscopical imaging spectrometer will get extensive applications in biological,medical,chemical and material fields as a new analytical method.
