高精度控制多泵浦实现宽带平坦的拉曼放大
High accurate control for multi-pumps and gain flatness Raman fiber amplifier
摘要
设计了基于PID控制技术的高精度激光器温度控制和功率控制模块。激光器驱动电流控制精度为0.1mA,系统温漂小于25mK,实现了泵浦激光器24h波长漂移小于0.02nm。依据遗传算法,采用5波长大功率半导体激光器后向泵浦和100.8km色散位移光纤,实现了带宽为90nm、增益平坦度为0.87dB的拉曼放大。
Abstract
The high accurate temperature control and power control modular are designed based on PID control technique.The control accurate of laser driver current is 0.1mA. The temperature drift in the thermostat is less than±25mK. Within 24 hours,the wavelength shift is less than±0.02nm. Based on genetic algorithm,using 5 high power laser diodes respectively,as the multi-pumps,a wideband distributed Raman fiber amplifier (1520 to 1610nm) and gain flatness of 0.87dB are obtained based on backward pump scheme and 100.8m DSF.
