轴向预负荷对激光弯曲钢管的影响
Research of bucking mechanism in laser tube forming with axial preload
摘要
为了研究细薄金属管材激光弯曲成型过程中轴向预载荷力的影响作用规律,应用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,对连续波CO2激光照射细薄钢管产生的弯曲过程进行了数值仿真。实验中对弯曲过程中各变量进行了测量,并与数值仿真的结果进行了比较。得到了预负荷对于弯曲变形机制中,温度、应力、残余应力的分布和弯曲角度的作用规律。实验结果表明,在激光功率和扫描速度相同时,轴向预负荷能够明显地增大弯曲过程中的内应力和弯曲角度。
Abstract
Axial preload can take considerable influenceon the bucking of a thin metal tube during continuous wave(CW)CO2 laser irradiating. The bucking process is numerically investigated with finite element method ABAQUS software. The variables are measured during bucking. All the variables are compared with the results obtained by simulation. The influence of distribution of temperature,stress,residual stress and bucking angle on bucking mechanism is analyzed with different preloads.
