摘要
为了提高二元光学优化的速度,进一步提高衍射效率,提出一种采用蚁群算法直接设计二元衍射光学元件(BOE)的方法,构造出了用蚁群算法对具体的二元光学元件——矩形孔径多阶相位调制型光栅优化设计的有向图,用Matlab对其结果进行仿真,缩短了运行时间,并使元件的衍射效率得到进一步提高。
Abstract
A method to design the BOE by ant colony optimization algorithm is presented to increase the speed of optimization for the BOE and to improve its diffraction efficiency. The digraph diagram of optimization design for a BOE (rectangular aperture multi-level phasemodulated grating) using ant colony optimization algorithm was structured. The structured result was simulated by Matlab. It shows that the run time is reduced and the diffraction efficiency is improved with this algorithm.
