摘要
针对设计中难以求出用于激光快速制造的三维送粉头解析解的难题,借助有限元分析程序ANSYS,对其进行了强度分析和模态分析。然后采用安装有三维送粉头的横流式5kW CO2激光器和5轴数控机床,对35#钢进行了激光淬火和激光熔敷实验,所得结果验证了有限元分析的可靠性,所做的研究为送粉头的设计和改进提供了有益的参考。
Abstract
In order to solve the difficulity in obtaining analytic solution to the design of the 3D feeding head for laser rapid manufacturing,the structure and mode analyses of it were carried out based on finite element code-ANSYS. Then,the laser quenching and laser cladding experiments on 35# steel have been performed by using the 5kW CO2 Laser and 5 axial CNC table with 3D feeding head,results indicate the reliability of the finite element analysis. All of the researches provided a valuable reference to the design and improvement of the feeding head.
