正交椭圆反射镜的固装设计与分析

摘要
为了满足正交椭圆反射镜结构的航天要求,设计过程必须把握可靠性这一主线要求,并进行仿真验证。在确定初 步方案后,对胶结点的位置运用了ANSYS软件的设计优化模块辅助设计,对镜框的减重运用了拓扑优化模块,最 后,进行了静力和模态分析验证。分析结果表明,反射镜应力最大值为1.5 MPa,胶垫的最大应力为0.98 MPa,一阶 自振频率为181.8 Hz,都在安全范围内,满足反射镜的航天要求。
Abstract
In order to satisfy the requirements of the orthogonal elliptical mirror space structures, the design process must meet reliability requirements. Afrer the initial plan is confirmed, glue point locations are designed by using ANSYS design optimization module, and the weight loss of frame is obtained by using the topology optimization module. Finally, static and modal analysis and testing are carried out. The results show that the maximum stress value of the mirror is 1.5 MPa, the pad is 0.98 MPa, the first-order natural frequency is 181.8 Hz. All of them are within safety limits and meet the space requirements.
