摘要
基于北京市计算中心高性能计算仿真平台,采用Fluent、Ansys等CAE软件评测了LED的抗风载性能、散热性能。根据Google卫星照片建立天安门广场简化模型,采用流体分析Fluent计算出天安门广场的风速场场强分布,而后用流固耦合分析的方法,结合Fluent、Ansys结构分析软件分析了天安门LED屏的抗风载性能。最后对LED屏的散热性能进行模拟,得出了利亚德、勤上LED屏内部的温度场分布情况,并提出了LED屏的散热参考设计方案。
Abstract
This paper evaluated the anti-wind load property and heat dissipation performance of LED display on Tiananmen square by the CAE software such as Ansys Fluent, etc, based on high performance computing and simulation platform of Beijing Computing Center. The Tiananmen square simplified model was established according to Google satellite photograph, distribution of wind velocity was calculated by Fluent. Furthermore the anti-wind load property was evaluated by combining Ansys structure analysis software and Fluent. At last the temperature field distribution within LED display of Kingsun company and Leyard company were derived through simulating LED display heat dissipation performance, and a reference design scheme about heat dissipation was put forward.
