基于激光冲击强化的冲击波实验研究
Experimental Study of Shock Wave Based on Laser Shock Processing
摘要
利用PVDF压电传感器测量了激光冲击强化过程中不同参数组合形成的冲击波,研究了激光功率密度及波长对冲击波峰值压力的影响。结果表明,532nm的激光诱导产生的冲击波峰压在6.6GW/cm2达到最大值5GPa,此外,在同样的功率密度下,532nm激光产生的冲击波峰压较1064nm时要大。
Abstract
In this article, the shock wave of different parameters produced in the laser shock processing were measured with the use of PVDF gauges, and we discussed the influence of power density and wave length on the laser-induced shock wave. The results show that the maximum pressure available of the 532nm laser is 5GPa when the power density is 6.6GW/cm2. Furthermore, the laser-induced shock wave of the 532nm laser is larger than that of 1064nm when they at the same power density.
