成像型绝对式轴角编码器的算法研究

摘要
在分析成像型绝对式轴角编码器工作原理的基础上,设计了用于成像型绝对式轴角编码器的角度读取算法。在论文中,从图像预处理和角度检测两个方面详细阐述了算法的具体实现。首先,对码盘图像实施灰度化、平滑和二值化等预处理以获得合适的二值化信号;然后,分别沿码盘的径向和切向读取粗码和细分码,并由它们构成最终的角度值。最后,用实验验证了成像型绝对式轴角编码器算法的可行性和正确性。
Abstract
The algorithms of angle read-out were designed for imaging-type absolute angular encoder on the basis of its working principle. The algorithms for image pretreatment and angular measurement were illuminated separately in this paper. Firstly, the image of code disc was pretreated by graying, smoothing and binarizing successively to obtain the proper binarized signals. Then, the coarse code and subdivision code, of which the angle is consisted, were read out along the disc’s radial direction and tangential direction, separately. In the end, the feasibility and validity of algorithms were testified in the experiment.
