摘要
在声纳浮标信号处理系统中,需要使用小尺寸、低功耗,能够适应机载、舰船等复杂环境的显示器。EL显示器是专为对显示器要求严苛的环境而设计的,特别适合冷、热、风、尘土、震动、阳光甚至重力等环境。S1D13706是一款集成了80kB SRAM显存的彩色/单色液晶屏控制芯片。通过对S1D13706芯片原理和EL显示器特点的分析,介绍了S1D13706芯片与TMS320C6713 DSP及EL显示器的接口设计和软件设计,实现了DSP数据在EL显示器上的显示,为复杂环境下显示模块的设计提供了一种可以借鉴的方法。
Abstract
The small-size, low power-consumption display that can be adaptable to aircrafts, ships and other complex environments is needed for use in sonobuoy signal processing system. Electro-Luminescence(EL) displays are designed especially for harsh conditions, which is particularly suitable for cold, hot, windy or dusty environment, or environment with vibration, sunshine or gravity. The S1D13706 is a color/monochrome LCD graphic controller with an embedded 80kB SRAM display buffer. Based on the principle analysis of S1D13706 and the characteristics analysis of EL displays, the design of interfaces between the S1D13706 chip and the TMS320C6713 DSP as well as EL displays, and the software design are introduced, and DSP data is displayed on EL displays, which provides a method to design display module for use in complex environments.
