高精度激光干涉条纹中心及半径提取的方法研究

摘要
激光干涉条纹中心及半径的检测是光学测量中的关键技术。针对传统的检测方法不能实现高精度、自动化、实时性的缺点,提出了利用数字图像处理技术来提取激光干涉条纹的中心及半径的方法。该方法通过滤波、二值化、细化及亚像素边缘检测等数字图像处理,利用最小二乘法来拟合干涉条纹的中心及半径。实验证明该方法可以检测亚像素级的条纹中心及半径,检测速度快, 基本满足了实际应用中实时高精度的激光干涉测量。
Abstract
The center and radius detection of the laser interference fringe is a key technology in optical measurement. In traditional measurement, it is difficult to realize high-precision, real-time and automatic processing. To solve this problem, a new method based on digital image processing technology was put forward. Image noise was reduced by filtering and the image was processed by binaryzation, then the edge was extracted by sub-pixel edge detection and thinning. At last, the center and radius were detected by using the least square method. The experimental results showed that the center and radius of the laser interference fringe can be detected with sub-pixel accuracy and the calculation speed is fast, which may satisfy the high-precision and real-time requirement in practical application of optical measurement.
