机载星体跟踪器的随机振动与疲劳分析
Random Vibration and Fatigue Analysis of Airborne Star Tracker
摘要
星体跟踪器是机载天文导航设备的重要组成部分,随机振动是其结构失效的重要因素。采用有限元分析软件Ansys workbench对某机载星体跟踪器进行了随机振动分析,获得了1σ响应值与随机响应谱。根据分析结果进行了随机疲劳计算,得到了疲劳寿命使用系数。该分析方法同样适用于其他光电设备的随机振动与疲劳分析,对光电设备的结构设计有一定的指导作用。
Abstract
The star tracker is the primary part of airborne celestial navigation device. Random vibration is an important invalidation factor of the star tracker. The random vibration of a certain airborne star tracker is analyzed based on Ansys workbench, and the 1σ response values and random response spectra are acquired. At last, the random fatigue coefficient is calculated. The method can be applied to the analysis of other electro-optical devices as well, and it is useful for the design of electro-optical devices.
