新型白光LED荧光粉Y2O3:Ti3+的光谱性能
Spectroscopic properties of new phosphor Y2O3:Ti3+ for white LEDs
摘要
采用共沉淀法,在不同的烧结气氛下制备了Y2 O3 :Ti3 + 粉体,测量了它们的激发、 发射光谱以及 XRD 光谱,观测了形貌。在紫外光激发下,微晶Y2 O3 :Ti3 + 在439 nm附近有较强的发射带, 而纳米Y2 O3 :Ti3 + 在 400~500 nm范围内 出现了强的发射带。随纳米粉体的晶粒尺寸减小,它的发光明显增强,覆盖了整个可见光区。结果表明Y2 O3 :Ti3 + 纳米 粉体有望成为新一代白光 LED 或汞灯的光转换荧光粉。
Abstract
Y2 O3 :Ti3 + powders were prepared by coprecipitation method at different temperatures in different sintering atmospheres. XRD spectra, excitation and emission spectra of Y2 O3 :Ti3 + powders were measured, and their morphologies were observed. Under the excitation of UV light, Y2 O3 :Ti3 + microcrystalline has a strong emission band near 439nm, and Y2 O3 :Ti3 + nanocrystalline has a more stronger emission band in the range of 400~500 nm. The fluorescence of Y2 O3 :Ti3 + nanopowder becomes strong observably as the grain size reduces, and the fluorescence covers whole visible light region. This indicates that Y2 O3 :Ti3 + nanopowder is expected to become a new generation light conversion phosphor for white LED or mercury lamp.
