摘要
文章通过对实际生产中样品衬垫料撒布的情况进行跟踪测试，CCD观察到干式喷粉机的撒布存在着胶珠粉结团的现象。文章还对设备的工作原理进行了研究，得出了异常的原因，并且对异常提出了改进的措施。
Abstract
Based on the actual production tracking test to the samples of spacer spraying, and we observed that dry powder spraying machine exist spacer group. The working principle of equipment is studied, and we had a conclusion of the causes of abnormal and gave some technical measures.
