紫外有机电致发光材料的研究进展
Research Progress in Ultraviolet Organic Light-Emitting Materials
摘要
紫外有机发光相对于其它发光技术,具有面发光、全视角、低驱动电压、低功耗、低制备成本等诸多优势,其应用前景更加广阔。文章对紫外有机发光的研究进行概述,分别从材料类别和器件结构角度回顾相关研究进展,总结和分析该技术存在的问题并提出解决途径。
Abstract
Ultra violet organic light-emitting diodes(UV-OLEDs) have demons trated manufacturing and market potentials due to their specific display and lighting property, such as panel light-emitting, wide view angle, low driving voltage, low power consumption and low potential cost. This article will give overview of the researches on UV-OLEDs from emitting materials and device structure. At last, the obstacle and responding solution for developing UV-OLEDs are also proposed.
