摘要
通过有限元数值仿真方法对激光冲击强化处理进行数值模拟是分析该处理工艺形成过程、优化参数、制定合理的工艺方案的有效方式。研究从激光诱导等离子体爆轰波压力计算模型和材料动态响应本构模型两个方面对激光冲击强化的数值仿真方法进行了分析,对现有数值仿真的研究思路和取得的研究成果进行了总结,并指出了现存的问题和进一步的研究重点。
Abstract
Numercial simulation is a efficient method to analyses principle of process, optimization of parameter and establish- ment of processing in laser shock processing. Calculation model of laser induced plasma shock wave' s pressure and material constitutive model are investigated in this paper. The researching way and conclusion of numercial simulation in laser shock processing are summarized. Then point out the present problems and the focus in latter investigation.
