气动膨胀机与直线压缩机动力适配的试验研究

摘要
不同气动膨胀机与直线压缩机适配过程中必然带来的两个动力学问题是:膨胀机固有频率、运动阻尼的改变。针对这两个因素对制冷机制冷性能的影响进行了试验研究(充气压力为1.8MPa)+试验表明:膨胀机固有频率、运动阻尼对直线压缩机的共振频率的影响较小,可忽略不计;存在一个最佳激力比(即激励力与膨胀机固有频率之比,约为O.7)使得制冷机制冷性能最佳,此比值在一定范围内受膨胀机运动阻尼的影响:最佳激力比随膨胀机运动阻尼的增大而减小。
Abstract
Changes of two dynamical factors would be induced when Matching Pneumatic Expander to the Linear Compressor, those are displacer's natural frequency and motion damp. Experimental Study about the influence of the two dynamical factors on the cooling performance was made(the charging pressure is 1.SMPa ). Some conclusions were acquired: compressor's resonant frequency was slightly affected by the displacer's natural frequency and motion damp, so the effect could be ignored. The optimum ratio value of the operating frequency to the displacer's natural frequency is about 0.7. Further more, the optimum ratio value reduces with the increment of the motion damp.
