石蜡基复合相变材料制备及低红外辐射表征

摘要
以石蜡为相变材料,Al 粉为填料,制备出在红外波段具有较低辐射能量的复合相变材料,并对复合相变材料的结构、热性能和红外发射率进行了表征。结果表明:添加40%Al 粉的石蜡基复合相变材料的红外发射率可低至0.2,此材料的相变温度是49.8℃,其相变潜热是121.47 J/g。采用试板法测试了相变材料石蜡控温效果,并将控温结果与理论计算相结合。计算结果表明,添加40%的Al 粉得到的复合石蜡相变材料可以在理论上使其辐射能量至少降低85%。
Abstract
The composite phase change materials (PCMs) with low infrared radiation energy was prepared by using paraffin and Al powder as phase change material and stuffing, respectively. The structure, thermal properties and the infrared emissivity (8~14 μm)of composite PCMs were systematically investigated. The results indicate that the phase-change temperature of composite PCMs is similar to that of paraffin, and that the latent heat of composite PCMs is equivalent to the calculated values based on the mass fraction of paraffin in the composite materials, and the infrared emissivity of composite PCMs with Wt40% Al powder can reach to 0.2. Controlling temperature effect of the composite PCMs was tested using plank method, and the above results were conbined with theoretical analysis.The results indicate that the composite PCMs with Wt 40% Al powder can decrease the radiation energy no less than 85%.
