摘要
傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)具有高分辨,高光通量、多通道等优点,用于监测大气中痕量气体浓度时,能达到ppb 量级。利用自行组建的开放光路测量系统对北京燕山石化地区大气中的乙烯进行了连续监测,并对测量光谱进行了浓度反演。实验表明,该测量系统性能稳定,能以非接触的方式对空气中多种气体进行连续在线监测,及时反映测量区域内污染信息,较好地适应工业区气体污染监测的需要。
Abstract
FTIR spectrum has the advantage of high resolution, high flux and more channels. When it is used to measure trace gas in atmosphere, the precision can reach ppb. We continuously monitored the ethene of Beijing yanshan region using the open path system which developed by ourselves, and retrieved concentration from the measured spectrum. The experiment indicates that this system used to monitor the trace element concentration has steady performance. The system does not have to contact the interested gas when it is used. The experiment results can response the pollution information of measured region in time. So this system can satisfy the need of monitoring gas pollution in industry.
