摘要

讨论了带有前截止滤光片的长波红外探测器的响应率、噪声和探测率，结果表明相应的性能指标需要做适当调整。

Abstract

The responsivity, noise and detectivity of long-wave IR detectors with and without filters were discussed. The specifications of the detectors have to be adjusted.
