红外上转换薄膜的分辨率数字化测试研究
Study on Digitalized Resolution Testing of Infrared Up-conversion Thin Film
摘要
针对传统目视法测量分辨率的自动化程度低、受人为因素影响大的问题,提出了一种分辨率数字化检测方法。根据瑞利(Rayleigh)或道斯(Dawes)判据,应用计算机技术和数字图像处理技术编写相应的程序,判读CCD 传送过来的被测系统分辨率信号,以达到分辨率的数字化检测。实验对ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn 红外上转换薄膜的分辨率进行了测试,经验证检测结果客观可靠,能够合理、准确地反映被测系统的成像质量。
Abstract
Concerning the low automation disadvantage and the large subjective influence of traditional visual testing method, a digitalized testing method of resolution is introduced. With Rayleigh criterion or Dawes criterion, a corresponding program using digital image processing technique is aodpted to judge and read the resolution signal of the system under test acquired by CCD. The resolution of the ZnS:Cu,Pb,Mn infrared up-conversion thin film is tested, and the experiment result demonstrates that the method is objective and reliable so that the imaging quality of the camera to be tested is more accurate.
