Modeling and Simulating of PMSM Controller Based on SIMULINK Simulation
摘要
为了使用交流永磁同步电机(PMSM)设计高精度光机扫描机构的运动控制器,作者分析了PMSM及其控制器的 数学模型,用SIMULINK对PMSM和控制器进行了建模和仿真。在此模型的指导下,作者搭建出了达到预期性能的物理实验系统。通 过电流环的仿真和实验结果对比证明,基于SIMULINK的PMSM控制器模型仿真结果真实可信,对于设计和调试PMSM运动控制器很有帮助。
Abstract
In order to design a motion controller with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM) for a high precision opto-mechnical scanning mechanism, the PMSM and the mathematic model of its controller are analyzed. The PMSM and its controller are modelled and simulated by using the SIMULINK software. With the assistance of the model established, a physical controller with its expected performance is developed. The simulation and test results show that the simulation result of the PMSM controller model is reliable and is helpful to the design and test of a PMSM motion controller.
