基于小波SVD的光纤光栅振动系统消噪算法

摘要
针对小波阀值法对噪声非均匀分布振动信号消噪差的缺点,提出了奇异值分解(SVD)结合小波阀值消噪的算法。采用截断法构造出包含信号信息及非均匀噪声的相关矩阵并进行SVD,得到一系列正交子空间,将非均匀噪声相对均匀地分解到子空间中。选取奇异值最大的子空间分量重构信号并对此信号进行了小波阀值消噪。结果表明,该方法适用于非均匀噪声干扰下的振动信号提取,与直接小波消噪相比,提取出的信号失真更小,信号有效成份更完整。
Abstract
In view of the deficiencies of the wavelet threshold denoising method for vibration signals with non-uniform noise distribution, an algorithm based on Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) plus wavelet threshold denoising is presented. The matrix with the signal information and non-uniform noises is constructed by the rapture method, and the non-uniform noise is decomposed uniformly into several orthogonal subspaces by SVD. The rebuilt signal in the subspace with the maximal singular value is denoised by the wavelet threshold method. The results show that the proposed method is applicable in the vibration signal extraction under the non-uniform noise interference. Compared with the direct wavelet denoising method, the extracted signals are less distorted with more effective components.
