一种OLED 显示参数温度自适应设计

摘要
本文介绍了一种便携式AMOLED 显示屏的显示参数温度自适应设计方案。OLED 是主动发光器件,在环境温度变化时发光材料像素间随温度变化表现出不同的发光特性,从而使得画面的参数如对比度、色坐标等发生变化。方案采用信号补偿方式进行自适应校正,环境温度特征点作为负反馈输入,显示参数值作为采样点,通过最小二乘拟合算法建立显示参数随着环境温度变化的数学模型,最后在软件中补偿显示参数的温漂误差。针对用户菜单中断和温度校正功能冲突的问题,设置了温度扫描阈值。测试结果显示,该方案能够很好解决显示参数的温度自适应问题。
Abstract
Design for display parameters adaptive with temperature for the portable Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Device (AMOLED) device is described. Belonging to active light-emitting device, the spectrum of material between pixels of OLED doesn’t perform the same way with temperature, which makes errors of display parameters as contrast, color coordinates, etc. The method makes temperature adaptive correction in signal passage. Feature points of ambient temperature as negative feedback input, values of display parameters accordingly as sampling points, a mathematical model of the relationship between display parameters and temperature is established by Least Squares Fitting (LSF) algorithm, which is then performed in software. Besides, the temperature scan threshold is put to solve the problem of conflict between user menu interrupt and temperature correction. In the end, the result of experiment shows the method is feasible.
