摘要
中国电信现有的97系统管理的机线资源及相关功能需要通过一定方式迁移到基于GIS(地理信息系统)的资源管理系统(即中国电信网络资源管理系统)进行统一管理。这个过程称为97机线资源改造。文章主要介绍了资源管理系统与97系统接口的设计思路和接口功能,为机线资源改造的数据迁移和功能实现提供了实践证明。
Abstract
The managed Device and Cable (DC) resource and the related functions in the existing 97 system of China Telecom need to be migrated into GIS-based resource management system (i.e. China Telecom Network Resource Management System) by certain means for unified management. This process is called 97 DC resource rebuilding. This paper focuses on the introduction of the design concept and functions of the interface between the resource management system and the 97 system and provides a practical proof for the data migration and function implementation of the DC resource rebuilding.
